ADHD Evaluations

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a disorder that can impact concentration/focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and much more. The onset of ADHD is in childhood and symptoms often do not self-resolve, though may present somewhat differently in adulthood. Adult ADHD may impact work performance, productivity, memory, relationships, money management, mood, and more. An ADHD evaluation can assist with understanding if the symptoms and concerns you are experiencing are ADHD and/or something else. As part of the process, recommendations will be made based on individual findings.

What is the process?

  • The first step is to have a consultation about appropriateness of fit to have an ADHD evaluation.

  • The second step is to complete a number of assessments, questionnaires, and provide additional documentation and information as needed. This can be done virtually or if preferred, in-person.

  • The third step is to have an interview with your psychologist to further understand current and historic information.

  • The final step is to have a meeting to receive the findings from your evaluation.
